On April 17th, our world was changed forever in an amazing way. Our little guy, Jacob Patrick, made his grand appearance into this world weighing in at 9lbs 7oz, 21 in long. My goal for this blog is to capture a bit of life as we now know it and hopefully get a book printed of the posts. I want to document his growth & special moments along the way for friends and grandparents and aunt/uncles. Check out the Chunkster Week 1, can't help but love this guy...
