Parker is 3 months today!
Life happens and I never got around to recording the info from the doctor at 2 months. For record sake, he weighed in at 13 lbs 10oz! Big boy! He got 3 shots & one oral vaccination and he did pretty well. Not too many big tears. He will go in again mid-January for his 4 month appointment.
I love this little guy! I can't get enough of all his cuddles. He loves to be swaddled at night. He loves to smile & laugh. He is starting to babble and make noises. He loves to play on his playmat and grab at the hanging objects and try to focus on them. He doesn't seem to be close to rolling over yet. Ever since he was born, he would rather be held in upright position than held in one's arms cradled. He takes a passy but spits it out a lot, doesn't have to have it all the time. He is pretty good in his car seat... that has improved since he was a little tiny baby. He is awesome in the Ergo carrier! That thing has been a lifesaver. He loves to be outside. He doesn't seem to mind his big brother being loud. He loves bathtime! He kicks and wiggles all around his little bathtub.
He is feeding 6 times every 24 hours. We are working on some sleep training which involves him eating fewer times/day (4) and making it 12 hrs at night. We just started this week so we'll see how it goes. Right now he wakes once in the night to feed around 4am. He is still sleeping in our room in the packnplay because he wants his passy a lot after his last feeding most nights. It's just easier having him close than walking in his room over and over. Hopefully this sleep training will help this so he can sleep in his room. :)
